Monroe Pullover: A striking statement piece to start your winter wardrobe. Knit this modern rib sweater in your choice of balloon or slim sleeves.

Monroe is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up in Fisherman's Rib. The armholes, shoulders, and sleeves are shaped by simple decreases and binding off stitches. The sweater pieces are blocked and seamed together at the shoulders, and the sleeves are sewn into the armholes. The sweater is finished by seaming the sides and sleeves. Maintain a 1-stitch Garter Stitch selvedge at edges of flat pieces throughout, as instructed within {brackets}.
