This is black, but, as the name implies, instead of going for a pure black, Like La Nuit, Jade has allowed some of the colors that make up black to show thru: so, you get an olive and you get a dark plum, and all of it wrapped in black, so it just shimmers - really just hi/lo lights. If you want PURE black, go for la Nuit - if you want something a little more interesting, go for this color. It is gorgeous!!
