Choose simply 1 skein of Merino Cloud or go wild with multiple fibers in Moraine Lake colorway. Just 1 skein of Merino Cloud was used in this lace triangular piece, trimmed with Beaded Silk & Sequins, starting with the neutral shades and ending with the splashes of color. Bling option (as Shown in sample): add 1 skein of Beaded Silk & Sequins Light (pic left/above). Special pattern for the January 2024 Artyarns Inspiration Club. Please note, this pattern was designed for 1 skein of merino cloud, which means this is a smaller shawl by design, and makes it easy to wear as a neck wrap. To make a larger version: Use larger needles and block it out, or purchase an extra skein and repeat some of the sections (You'll have to adjust your stitch count as you go larger!). You can also extend the edging with merino cloud or beaded silk & sequins. Another option is to use Silky Twist (you'll need 3 skeins) instead of merino cloud and your shawl will come out much larger! Design by Iris Schreier.

This pattern has loads of texture including the bramble stitch, some easy cables, and a finishing touch with eyelets. It uses 1 skein of Merino Cloud c(as shown, with beaded silk & sequins trim)( an be worn as a cowl as well.

Choose from a single Fiber, or a combo with trim like Beaded Silk and Sequins with embellishment on the edges or you can run the Beaded Silk and Sequins throughout the skein for some bling!

If you don’t want a wool fiber, choose Silk Day Dream, which is pure silk and trim it with the Beaded Silk and Sequins. If you don’t like Mohair do the Cashmere with a beaded silk trim. Lots of options, and of course you can always add a contrast color for extra pop!

YARN: Basic option: 1 skein Artyarns Merino Cloud (80% merino wool, 20% CASHMERE; 437 yards/100 g). DELUXE OPTIONAL: add additional Fiber combos. Color: Moraine Lake
