Worked in one piece to the armholes, this darling smocked coat is created with a twisted stitch pattern.

Experience Level: Intermediate

Materials: 6 (7, 9, 11) hanks. Use a Bulky yarn like Blue Sky Bulky, Crazy Sexy Wool or Cascade Magnum

Needles: Size 15 (10mm) 24" circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge: In St st, 9½ sts and 13 rows = 4"

Tools: Cable needle + Stitch holders + Three removable stitch markers + Three 1 1/8" buttons

Sizes: 18-24 Months (2-3 Years, 4-5 Years, 6-7 Years)

Finished Size: Chest: 24 (25½, 27½, 29)”, buttoned / Length: 14 (15½, 17½, 20)” / Sleeve length: 8½ (9½, 10¾, 12)” / Circumference: 16½ (19, 21½)”
